As our new Sales Responsible for ROUGE EDIT, you will drive sales performance across Europe – supporting markets and sales teams to reach their goals. You turn insights into action, ensure clear follow-up and work closely with Sales and Buying to make sure our collections meet market needs and drive growth across countries.
THE TEAM
You will be part of our ROUGE EDIT sales team and VILA (at our HQ in Denmark). ROUGE EDIT is an independent brand within VILA — a high-quality brand currently experiencing strong growth and development. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with VILA’s sales department and act as a key sparring partner to your colleagues within Design and Buying at ROUGE EDIT. As our closest sparring partner, you will work side by side with our local sales teams across countries, ensuring that our strategies and collections are perfectly adapted to local needs. Together, you create a strong link between creative vision and commercial success — driving ROUGE EDIT’s continued growth across markets.
THE JOB
In this role, you will drive sales and business growth across Europe – with a strong focus on France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark – while identifying new market opportunities for ROUGE EDIT to expand into. Through clear goals, close collaboration and strong commercial insight, you ensure our collections meet market demand and support continuous growth.
Your key focus:
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets and budgets are achieved across all markets
- Support and challenge Sales Managers to maintain strong momentum in local teams
- Develop action plans and budgets in close collaboration with the International Sales Manager
- Turn insights and data into clear commercial actions – sharing feedback with Buying to influence future collections and product development
- Build and strengthen partnerships with Key Accounts, own e-commerce and Digital Sales

YOUR PROFILE
You understand the fashion markets and know how to drive sales across countries and customer types. With commercial insight and analytical thinking, you spot opportunities, act fast and deliver results. Proactive and driven, you turn plans into growth and challenge the business with new ideas. We imagine that you:
- Have solid sales experience, ideally from the fashion industry
- Combine market understanding with analytical skills to identify trends and optimise performance
- Are confident working with budgets and targets, turning plans into results
- Build strong, trusting partnerships across markets and teams
- Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
