We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to strengthen our Never Out of Stock (NOOS) strategy. This role will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, managing replenishment cycles, and ensuring product availability in line with market demand.

YOUR JOB
With your expertise in demand planning and sharp analytical skills, you'll ensure timely and accurate decisions, collaborating closely with colleagues and building strong relations with key stakeholders in buying, sales, and retail. You will be a role model in your approach to your areas of responsibility and will be the go-to person for your planning colleagues. As a Senior Demand Planner, you will also take part in evaluating the current commercial strategy, product portfolio, and price mix.

Your main goal is to ensure the right stock at the right time, so you will manage the demand forecast for specific categories and products at the SKU level. Some of your everyday tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing NOOS forecasting and planning strategies.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels and balanced replenishment based on actual demand.
  • Adapting forecasts to market dynamics by calling off booked capacity and fabrics and initiating operational corrective actions.
  • Utilizing data, market insights, and AI to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborating with the purchasing team to secure the right capacity and lead time.
  • Thinking ahead and creating realistic forecasts for our NOOS program.
  • Continuously reviewing inbound orders in our supply chain and balancing purchases according to demand.
  • Ensuring up-to-date, maintained, and comprehensible reporting of Product Lifecycle for stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a structured approach to your work and are analytical by nature, enabling you to leverage the large amount of data available to the team. It is essential that you are a strong communicator with the ability to ensure that we take appropriate actions and make informed decisions based on data. You thrive in a role where you have responsibility for your categories and are motivated by making a difference.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • A proactive approach to your tasks and an ability to stay ahead of challenges.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel — VBA is an additional advantage.
  • An understanding of the importance of collaboration.
  • A degree in business or economics, preferably with a focus on Finance, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
