Are you structured, data driven, and motivated by coordinating and administrative tasks across teams? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, where teamwork and responsibility go hand in hand?
Then you might be the Buying Coordinator we are looking for to join TOPSHOP.
THE TEAM
As a Buying Coordinator in TOPSHOP, you will become part of a small but dedicated team of six people who support and help each other succeed. We value team spirit, collaboration, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with colleagues across sales and buying as well as our teams in the UK – so building strong relationships and reaching out across functions will be a natural part of your role.
THE ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be to create a solid foundation for the Buying Team in TOPSHOP, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality support. Since you will be the only coordinator in the team, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for your tasks.
More concretely, your role includes:
- Handling collection data from the UK and setting up styles in our systems – challenging and questioning data when needed.
- Creating styles, sample orders, purchase orders, and following up with the UK team.
- Preparing assortments and calculating prices.
- Coordinating with colleagues in sales and the UK.
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks as needed.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Be part of the TOPSHOP journey from the very beginning.
- The opportunity to shape your role, set structures, and grow both personally and professionally.
- A broad range of tasks that will give you valuable insight into the business and buying process.
- A strong team spirit where success is achieved together.
YOUR PROFILE
You enjoy working in a coordinating role with responsibility and broad contact across functions. You are structured, detail-oriented, and like planning your time effectively and being proactive.
We imagine that you:
- Have approx. 2–3 years of experience from a similar role where coordination and administrative tasks is key (e.g., Buying Assistant or Buying Coordinator).
- Have an understanding of the workflows within buying.
- Have strong Excel skills and an eye for details.
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
If you have any questions about the position, feel free to reach out to Product & Sourcing Manager Liv Nordtorp Frandsen at +45 61 31 61 17. Otherwise, please submit your application and CV as soon as possible and no later than the 9th of October 2025. We review applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to close the ad when we find the right match.
