As part of BESTSELLER, HYPEDROP combines data-driven product development, digital innovation and a fast-paced way of bringing new products to market. Instead of following the traditional wholesale model built around sales representatives and showroom meetings, we’re exploring a digital-first approach to engaging customers and growing our wholesale business.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who gets energy from talking to customers, reaching out proactively and making it easy for customers to discover, understand and buy from our drops.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll join a small and ambitious team that’s redefining how a modern fashion brand can operate through digital innovation, speed and new ways of working.
In this newly created role, you’ll have a unique position within the team. You’ll help build HYPEDROP’s wholesale activation function and become an important part of developing a new commercial approach.
While your day-to-day work will primarily focus on engaging with wholesale customers, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues across HYPEDROP and local BESTSELLER organisations to turn customer insights into commercial opportunities and continuous improvements.
YOUR ROLE
You’ll build and strengthen relationships with our wholesale customers while increasing engagement, traffic and buying activity.
A key part of your role will be to proactively reach out to wholesale customers in the Danish market through phone calls, emails and relevant follow-up communication. Over time, the role may expand towards other Nordic markets such as Norway and Finland.
Your key responsibilities include:
- introducing customers to HYPEDROP, our business model and our weekly product drops
- guiding customers through their purchasing journey and supporting them in placing orders
- building long-term customer relationships and increasing recurring buying activity
- reactivating inactive customers and identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement
- collaborating with local BESTSELLER organisations to strengthen customer awareness across markets
- gathering customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve our activation strategy
- contributing to future customer activation playbooks, digital workflows and AI-supported activation initiatives
Most of your time will be spent on customer dialogue, outreach and follow-up. Success in this role won’t be measured by traditional sales targets alone, but by your ability to activate customers, increase traffic to our drops, build strong relationships and support the growth of HYPEDROP’s wholesale business.

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to customers and building strong relationships. You’re outgoing, proactive and confident in reaching out to people in a natural way. You bring a commercial mindset, a competitive drive and an interest in fashion, clothing and trends.
You don’t need to come from a traditional wholesale background. Experience from retail, customer service, customer relations, sales or account management can be just as relevant.
We imagine that you:
- are comfortable contacting customers by phone, email and text message
- have a natural way of connecting with people and creating trust
- bring a sales mindset and are motivated by creating activity and results
- work independently, follow up consistently and take ownership of your area
- communicate clearly in Danish and English. Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is considered an advantage
