Then this might be your next exciting career move – NAME IT is looking for a Country Sales Responsible to take charge of the Swedish and Finnish markets. 

YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a dynamic and skilled sales team consisting of 40 passionate and dedicated colleagues. We work closely together across roles and markets to reach our common goals. YOUR ROLE
As Country Sales Responsible, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute sales strategies that drive the achievement of budget objectives in your market. Additionally, you frequently follow up on performance and objectives with our local sales team, creating a constant focus on sales activities and results.
Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that your market always has the right product mix, across all categories - all with the purpose of ensuring NAME IT’s growth in your market. 

Your areas of responsibility include: 

  • Developing, evaluating and following up on sales initiatives 
  • Building, expanding and developing strong relations with wholesale customers 
  • Daily contact with the sales representatives in the market 
  • Daily and weekly follow-ups on sales figures, product performance, as well as budgets 
  • Planning, preparing and managing product and sales promotional initiatives 
  • Participating in internal collection meetings. 

YOUR PROFILE
You are skilled in creating great cooperation and relationships with both sales representatives in the market and with customers. You motivate and inspire your colleagues and communicate structured plans in a way that enables them to transform them into actionable sales initiatives. 
Based on your sales experience, you quickly identify what is needed in your market to create sales growth. Your competitive mindset and strong personal drive make it natural for you to take ownership, deliver results, and turn every challenge into a success. 
It is important that you are experienced in analyzing budgets and sales figures with the aim of optimizing sales and product initiatives, as the job includes breakdown of figures and product coordination. Furthermore, you have a natural interest in the latest trends, and you know what is happening in the fashion industry. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Sales experience, preferably from the fashion industry
  • Experience that shows your ability to translate sales strategies into result-generating actions 
  • Knowledge of wholesale
  • Knowledge about kids’ fashion is a great advantage
  • Experience working across cultures, preferably with a focus on the Northern markets
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken; proficiency in Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
