We’re looking for an experienced, sales-driven person to take on the responsibility for the digital wholesale platforms at NAME IT.
DRIVING DIGITAL SALES GROWTH
As the Digital Sales Manager, you will be taking the lead in the Digital Sales team, which is a team of three who work with drive and dedication to support the continued growth of our digital B2B sales platforms. Platforms that impact hundreds of salespeople and thousands of customers. You set the direction, both when it comes to our wholesale sales platform MORE and our Digital Showroom, collaborating closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and across our markets to ensure that they are aware of and take advantage of the many digital opportunities in their sales activities.
Even though you operate as a "three-person team" within NAME IT, you have the support of our central teams to ensure that NAME IT has everything it needs to continue growing our business. It will be your job working with them and our business ensuring that NAME IT goes in the right direction, continuously providing our sales teams with the strongest toolbox possible.
YOUR JOB
As the Digital Sales Manager, your overall responsibility will be to increase sales on MORE and our Digital Showroom and ensure that the platforms are effective and efficient, driving growth and customer satisfaction. You operate on both a tactical and operational level, so in addition to leading the team, your tasks include:
- Ensuring that budgets, business targets, and strategic objectives are met
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborating with BESTSELLER’s TECH department and development teams to ensure the digital platforms are up-to-date and functioning optimally
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience for both sales teams and customers
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Leading and participating in cross-functional projects to drive digital transformation and innovation.
In addition, you’re keen to develop our business through global and local initiatives, while ensuring that the team operates the platforms smoothly.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an outgoing and result-oriented person with a strong professional drive and a passion for digital sales to take us to the next level. You know what it takes to inspire and motivate colleagues and customers to follow your lead, creating additional sales on the digital sales platforms. With your solid communication skills, you establish and maintain high-quality relationships across functions, levels, and markets.
In addition, we’re looking for the following specific qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital sales platforms, preferably with a B2B focus
- Experience leading a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively
- Experience running webshops, whether B2B or B2C, would be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
