YOUR TEAM
As our new International Retail Buying Manager, you will become part of NAME IT’s Retail team and lead the Retail Buying function. You will be heading up a skilled team of dedicated buyers and work closely with colleagues across functions including E-commerce, Buying & Design and Retail Operations. Together, you will create a strong and scalable setup that supports our ambitious growth strategy across markets.
YOUR ROLE
You are responsible for setting the overall direction for NAME IT’s retail buying across the 11 countries we operate in and ensure that our decisions are proactive, data-driven and commercially aligned. You will define structures and KPIs, lead your team and act as a key sparring partner across the organisation – always with performance, customer needs and business impact in mind.
More specifically, your responsibilities include:
- Defining the structure, process and KPIs for retail buying across markets
- Ensuring proactive planning for drops, NOOS and Express
- Aligning buying decisions with budget, sell-out data, forecast and stock levels
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders in Retail, E-commerce and Buying & Design
- Tracking and analysing assortment performance and optimising accordingly
- Leading, developing and coaching the Retail Buying team.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
- Bring 6+ years of relevant buying experience, preferably within textiles or fashion
- Have international experience and know how to navigate in cross-market setups
- Have leadership experience and a natural ability to develop and engage others
- Combine commercial understanding with an analytical and structured approach
- Speak and write English fluently – German and other languages are an advantage.
