YOUR ROLE
As Loyalty Manager, you play a central role in further developing NAME IT’s recently launched loyalty programme. You are a key player in building and implementing a strategy focused on creating a valuable customer journey that attracts new members and fosters loyalty among existing ones. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow the membership base, increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and strengthen brand loyalty.

You interact across departments and teams, working particularly closely with BESTSELLER’s central CRM team as well as NAME IT’s E-commerce, Marketing and Retail departments.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing NAME IT’s loyalty programme with a focus on driving growth and traffic to both online channels and physical stores.
  • Identifying, developing, and testing new initiatives to boost member loyalty and create value for both customers and the business.
  • Data analysis and customer insights: Mapping the customer journey and translating analyses into actionable short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Ongoing reporting and optimization of loyalty efforts, including close dialogue with stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary contact for both our physical stores and Customer Service regarding the loyalty program.

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and is not afraid to dive into details. You’re passionate about working with data and have an analytical approach to understanding customer behavior. At the same time, you’re curious and bold enough to explore new opportunities and contribute to our ambitious goals. You excel at cross-team collaboration, naturally taking initiative to ensure success.

We also expect that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in a commercial field
  • Have experience building loyalty programmes and driving initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty - experience with both retail and online sales is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can manage projects across departments with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
  • Are fluent  in English, both written and spoken – Danish is an additional advantage.
