At NAME IT we are searching for a new Sales Responsible with a proactive and outreach sales mindset to join the Sales department for our NOOS (Never Out of Stock) business. This is your chance to play a key role in one of our most strategically important business areas!
YOUR TEAM
You will join a dynamic team of 15, focused on always keeping our most popular styles available to the customers. Collaboration is key, and you will contribute to our mission of securing and expanding the NOOS business in some of our key markets.
YOUR ROLE
As our NOOS Sales Responsible, you will take lead on growing our NOOS business in your markets. You will get a central role in developing and implementing NOOS strategies tailored to your markets, continuously challenging the status quo to drive performance and growth. You will identify and establish KPIs to measure goals and performance, while fostering strong partnerships between the markets and the NOOS department in Denmark.
Furthermore, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks:
- Present the NOOS collections to our sales departments in the markets.
- Coordinate sales between various internal departments and teams.
- Ensure the right product package by balancing proven performance and trends.
- Maintaining daily contact with markets to strengthen collaboration.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You combine a strong, commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and enjoy taking ownership of your results.
In addition, you bring:
- An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, eager to challenge and improve how we work.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience or strong interest in outreach sales.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written - additional language skills are an advantage.
