In NAME IT we are searching for a new Sales Responsible with an outreach sales mindset and a keen eye for trends to join the Sales department for our NOOS (Never Out of Stock) business. 

JOIN A TEAM WITH HIGH STRATEGIC VALUE TO OUR BUSINESS
As NOOS Sales Responsible you become a part of a dynamic NOOS Sales department, focused on ensuring that the customers in the markets always have the most popular products available. Collaboration is key, and you will contribute to our mission of securing and expanding the NOOS business in some of our key markets, covering Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. 

BECOME A KEY DRIVER FOR GROWTH
As our NOOS Sales Responsible, your primary responsibility is to ensure the growth of our NOOS business in the Nordic markets. You will get a central role in developing and implementing NOOS strategies tailored to your markets, continuously challenging the status quo. You will identify and establish KPIs to measure goals and performance, while fostering strong partnerships between the markets and the NOOS department in Denmark. 

Furthermore, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

  • Present the NOOS collections to our sales departments in the markets 
  • Coordinate sales between various internal departments and teams
  • Ensure the right product package based on proven performance and newness
  • Daily contact with the markets to build and optimise collaboration and nearness
  • Continuous internal and external stakeholder management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mindset in outreach sales - experience in sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
