As our Senior PEOPLE Business Partner, you'll work side by side with the Brand Director and leadership team, helping shape the organisation behind one of Europe's leading childrenswear brands.

You'll be part of the conversations where priorities are set, leadership teams develop and organisational decisions are made.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the Brand Director, you'll become a trusted member of the leadership team and a key sparring partner on organisational and leadership matters.

You'll contribute to discussions about growth, organisational priorities and business transformation, bringing both perspective and challenge when important decisions need to be made.

Some days you'll help shape the organisation needed to support future ambitions.

Other days you'll coach a leader through a difficult situation, facilitate organisational change or challenge whether today's way of working will still support tomorrow's business.

Rather than working alongside the business, you'll become part of how it operates.

You'll collaborate closely with leaders across NAME IT while drawing on the expertise of experienced colleagues across BESTSELLER PEOPLE whenever specialist knowledge is needed.

• partnering with the Brand Director and leadership team on organisational and business priorities
• translating commercial ambitions into organisational direction and PEOPLE priorities
• strengthening leadership capability and organisational effectiveness across the business
• driving organisational development and change initiatives that support continued growth
• ensuring talent, succession and workforce planning support future business needs
• facilitating core PEOPLE processes with a clear focus on business value
• contributing to a leadership culture built on trust, ownership and continuous development. 

WHO YOU ARE

You've built your credibility by working closely with senior leaders and understanding the realities of running a business.

You're comfortable moving between strategic discussions and day-to-day leadership challenges, and you're trusted because you bring perspective, ask the right questions and aren't afraid to challenge constructively.

You probably bring:

• significant experience as a Senior HR or PEOPLE Business Partner
• experience advising senior leaders in a business-facing environment
• a strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect business priorities with people decisions
• experience with organisational development, leadership and change
• excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
